We love the location, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, offering a more local vibe than the waterfront, yet still within walking distance if you want to visit it. The house was in excellent condition, with quality, tasteful furniture. It features 5 bedrooms, a comfortable sitting area, and a lovely outdoor patio and most magnificent view from the rooftop.
The neighbourhood feels lively yet welcoming, with easy access to both casual eateries and local shops. The home itself was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished.
My family booked the entire house for several days and it was lovely to stay there. The accommodation is incredible. The linen feels so amazing. The neighbourhood around the house is also lovely and a lot of history. The rooftop was amazing space and warm jacuzzi. The host Ele was the highlight of the trip. Thank you.
We had an amazing experience at Casa Dias. The team were incredibly friendly and kind, and the setup radiated positivity. The apartment is very calm, with a beautiful view that enhanced every moment. We especially loved the rooftop barbecue—completely covered, perfect for a group. For five couples, it was absolutely ideal: spacious, comfortable, and worth every penny. The location is central and well situated, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we'd definitely book Casa Dias again. A standout choice for a memorable getaway with friends.
We had an amazing stay at the De Waterkant Apartment. Great value for money and located in one of the most beautiful areas of Cape Town. Having the whole house to ourselves was perfect, and the view from the rooftop terrace was simply stunning Table Mountain.
What a lovely experience I had at Casa Dias. Felix was so welcoming and received us at the door ready to help us with our luggage. We had a lovely meal prepared by Babsie the chef and it was just delicious. I couldn't stop eating the tasty salads she had prepared. The room was nice and cosy and the bed sleeps well. We had an absolute dream stay at Casa Dias! The property is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Relaxing in the jacuzzi while soaking in the stunning sea and mountain views was definitely a highlight of our trip. Our host was exceptional—so welcoming, attentive, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and will definitely be back!
